SkyVault^™ has nine U.S. patent application filings and two international patents filed for two unique and complimentary technologies: The first is called RainBarrel^SM and uses the excess capacity of broadcast networks and other existing infrastructures (radio, TV, satellite, cellular, DSL, etc.) to deliver content anywhere these networks reach. The second technology is the UltraSecure™ system, which manages the content usage and protects against piracy with an unbreakable key exchange architecture.

Business Structure

These two SkyVault^TM technologies work together to create a cost-effective content delivery system applicable to multiple markets. SkyVault^TM intends to “spin-out” companies to address each of these content markets. The SkyVault Team is enabling the initial market solutions now, but is seeking committed investors and parters for other addressable markets.
